27 knees-to-elbows (i've now officially found something I hate more than burpees.)
27 wallballs (8kg)
27 burpees (damnit!)
27 kettlebell swings (12kg)
Rx is FOUR rounds of this shit... the recommendation is 3 rounds... us beginners and lame-o's did 2 rounds. Most of the men (except one) did 3 rounds, most of the women (except one super badass one) did 2. I did the mile and 2 rounds in 34:26. Kinda wish I had done 3, but when you can feel sweat dripping down your back and your heart rate monitor reads like 90% of your max..well.. I decided 2 was enough :)
