Me thinks it is time to get some actual crossfit gloves....
Xfit WOD:
Three rounds for time:
50 double unders (jump roping - getting the rope to pass under your feet twice per jump.. takes a lot more coordination than one would imagine. not my strong point)
35 dumbell snatches ..hard to explain. hard to execute. that's all that matters.
20 toes to bar - hanging from gymnasts bar, lift your feet as high as you can to reach the bar from which you are hanging.

Not bad for a girl who went big last night and had to call in drunk to life and stayed in bed the majority of the day.
