another week gone by.

Nothing to report besides today's xfit WOD:

30 snatches for time

My weight: 19kg  (just over 41 pounds)

well day one of clean eating has been successful so far!

breakfast: multigrain english muffin, 1/2 banana

lunch: nonfat yogurt, frozen fruit, allbran

dinner: bunch of baby carrots, large mixed green salad with fajita chicken and lite ranch

dessert: SF jello mousse cup, SF hot chocolate with a bit pumpkin syrup

snack: special k red berries, almond milk
