Active Child - Wilderness

Falsetto-esque... ambient... discovered while driving down Mercer on a Monday morning via KEXP and The amazing Josh who commented on my facebook after I asked someone to tell me who they were. Toured Seattle with School of Seven Bells, who I wanted to see but couldn't find any takers! For shame.

Actually reminds me quite a bit of Bon Iver's unreleased "Woods" - which is also on Volcano Choir's EP "Unmap" except it is titled "Still" - Same song, just not acapella. Both are amazing. Some argue that it is too auto-tuned... Don't get me wrong.. I hate an over-auto-tuned song.. but I happen to disagree with those who criticize this particular song.
